• Never force your pet into a situation or cause them distress for the sake of an analysis. The best results come from observing your pet in their natural state.
• Use the music and atmospheres responsibly. Pay attention to your pet's reactions and stop if they show signs of discomfort.

Your Data's Safety

• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest.
• Analysis is performed securely, and your personal information is never shared without your explicit consent (e.g., when you choose to share a Health Summary).
• You have full control over your data. You can delete individual sessions or your entire account at any time.

Media, Data Retention, and Access

• Video, audio, pet photos, and health documents are treated as sensitive user content and are stored only for product features you choose to use.
• Saved sessions stay in your account until you delete them, clear history, or delete your account. Temporary processing artifacts are minimized whenever possible.
• Access to production systems is limited to authorized operators and service providers who need it to maintain, secure, or support PCON.
• Health exports and shared mood moments are user-controlled. Review recipients and visibility before sharing.

Incident Response

If we identify a security incident involving user data, we investigate, contain, and remediate the issue, then notify affected users and regulators when required by law. Report security or safety concerns to support@pcon.app.
